How do you find the value of the property?

Based on these findings, we make you a general offer which is subject to contract over the telephone. If you are happy with the general offer, we then write to you confirming the details.

Once you have accepted the offer, the solicitors carry out the legalities for you. We also pay to have a valuation of the property made by an independent RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) surveyor.

How long should I expect the sale to take?

We can usually exchange within 7 to 10 days, or even less, to meet your time needs. We also have experience helping people who are up against repossession or eviction.
